Fees
We are not a bulk-billing service. Fees are associated with all services, and payment is required on the day each service is provided.
The 2026-27 national recommended fee for psychologists, according to the Australian Association of Psychologists inc. (AAPi), is $340 per 50-minute session.
The current national recommended fee for accredited mental health social workers, according to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), is $289 per 50-minute session.
Our standard fees for a 50-minute appointment range from $155 to $275, depending on the clinician and service type. These fees are below the national recommended fee schedules for psychology services.
For appointments with a Medicare-registered clinician, Medicare rebates may be available if you meet the eligibility requirements. Medicare rebates currently range from $89 to $149 per session. After claiming a rebate, the typical out-of-pocket cost for most clients is between $130 and $140 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Appointments with a Provisional Psychologist are not eligible for Medicare rebates. To help keep services affordable, fees for Provisional Psychologists are reduced and are similar to the out-of-pocket cost of seeing a Medicare-registered clinician after a rebate has been claimed. Unlike Medicare-rebated services, there is no limit on the number of appointments you can access with a Provisional Psychologist at the reduced fee.
If you have Private Health Insurance, contact your insurer to check your level of cover and whether rebates are available for mental health services with your clinician. We can process eligible Private Health claims on-site through HICAPS.
Fees for services funded by third parties (such as NDIS, WorkCover, or other funding bodies) vary. Please contact our friendly admin team for further information.
